Reviews and Ratings <br />
This hotel has a fantastic location at the end of Costera, providing beautiful views of the bay and a less crowded beach experience. However, the check-in process was frustratingly slow and the hotel shows signs of age, which detracted from the overall enjoyment of my stay. It's particularly disappointing that they charge for beach chairs and umbrellas, something I've never encountered before at a resort.
The hotel has a stunning location with breathtaking views of the bay, and the beach is relatively uncrowded, which was a plus. Unfortunately, the service was quite lacking; check-in was painfully slow, and the rooms showed signs of wear and tear. Dining options were not impressive, and additional fees for beach chairs felt unreasonable. Overall, it was a mixed experience that could benefit from significant improvements.
The hotel offers a fantastic view of the bay and has a less crowded beach, but the slow check-in process and extra charges for beach chairs and umbrellas were frustrating. The dining options were not the best and the facilities showed their age. Overall, I found some redeeming qualities but also significant room for improvement.
The hotel has a nostalgic charm with luxurious accommodations and an excellent location right on Icacos Beach. While the view and amenities like the two large pools are impressive, the service leaves much to be desired due to long wait times and some outdated facilities. The dining options, although having a lovely champagne brunch, are limited, and it's frustrating to face additional charges for beach amenities.
I had a wonderful two-night stay at this beautiful property. The food was delicious, and I found the atmosphere quite enjoyable. However, I did feel some improvements were needed, particularly with beach access at night and extended hours for the bars. Despite a few setbacks, my overall experience was positive and I felt it offered great value for my stay.
